Dance

Dance is the hidden language of the soul.
 - Martha Graham
Dance provides students with an opportunity to experience this performing art through the study of the fundamental principles of movement. Varying levels of instruction are available both for students with experience and for those who are just beginning.

Using a classical foundation, students gain an understanding of the many aspects of dance, both in performance and in theory. The courses are designed to build students’ confidence by developing technical skills, critical thinking, creativity, and perceptual skills, while encouraging an appreciation of the fine art of dance.  The spiritual identity of students is nurtured in an environment that promotes the acknowledgement of the body’s design as a vessel for the soul.
