Lacrosse Cammp

COME AND IMPROVE YOUR GAME!

Campers  will have small group instruction to  work on stick work, defense, shooting,  medium to high level game-like drills, agility and speed training, 3v3 and 6v6.

Our staff is Mount de Sales varsity players and alumnae who are currently playing at DI and DIII schools. 

Each camper will receive a Kona Ice treat.

 

Stick, mouth guard, goggles, cleats, water  and running shoes (goalies bring full gear)
