Christmas Bazaar / Spaghetti Dinner (12/08/2024)

Spaghetti Dinner –  ALL HANDS ON DECK!
Assistance needed on Friday and/or Saturday before the dinner to prepare spaghetti sauce and spaghetti. On Sunday, heat sauce and spaghetti, make salads, cut bread, and prepare carry-out meals during 2-3 hour shifts. POCs: John McCaffrey, jtmccaffrey@yahoo.com

Dinner Hostesses – ALL HANDS ON DECK!
Set up and decorate on Friday evening for Sunday’s dinner (Dads are especially needed to help with the heavy lifting). On Sunday, work shifts to seat guests, monitor/coordinate student waitresses, help to flip tables, and/or clean-up. POC: TBD

Ticket Sales - ALL HANDS ON DECK!

Crafts – ALL HANDS ON DECK!
Make items all year long to sell during the bazaar. Craft work can be done from home or with fellow crafters on Wednesday mornings at St. William of York. Come whenever you can. POC: Gwen Marcus, g.marcus@comcast.net

Granny's Goodies – ALL HANDS ON DECK!
